Panel Variables

You can create custom variables for any panels, those variables can be GLOBAL, LOCAL, AND PERMANENT.

Variables Types:

		Declaration
GLOBAL		The global variable, can be declared in variables.yml.
STICKY		This local variable can be declared in any menu, and will remain on that menu
